Thank you for shopping with huruhara Official Store | Performance Gears.


Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it has been shipped.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 business days

  • East Malaysia: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Please note that delays may occur due to high order volume or courier service disruptions.


Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping carriers

We primarily use reputable courier services such as J&T, DHL, Pos Laju, or equivalent, depending on your location.


International shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.


Customs, duties & taxes

huruhara is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs office.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping fees.


Missed deliveries / returned packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.


Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product.

For lost shipments, please reach out to the shipping carrier first with your tracking number. If unresolved, contact us at hello@huruhara.com for further assistance.
