⏳ 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be shipped to:

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Do not send items back without contacting us first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

🚚 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@huruhara.com so we can resolve the issue.

 

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different item?

The fastest way is to:

  1. Start a return for the item you have.

  2. Once it’s accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

 

💳 Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@huruhara.com.
