Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the craftsmanship and performance of our paddles. All huruhara paddles come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Valid only if paddle was used under normal play conditions.
What’s Not Covered
- Cosmetic wear or tear: scratches, graphic fading, surface markings.
- Damage from misuse: hitting foreign objects, extreme temperatures, water damage, unauthorized structural modification.
- Products purchased from non‑authorized retailers or resold items.
Eligibility & Claims
To make a claim, you must:
- Be the original purchaser and provide proof of purchase (order number, date).
- Submit photos or video showing the defect, plus paddle serial number (if applicable).
- Purchase must be from an authorized retailer and within your country’s eligible region.
How to Claim:
Email us at support@huruhara.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos clearly showing the issue
- Brief description of the issue and when it occurred
We’ll assess and respond within 3–5 business days.
Resolution Options
If approved, we will either replace the paddle (same model/colour) or offer an equivalent alternative. The replacement will assume the remaining warranty period from the original product.
Other Terms
This warranty is non‑transferable and applies only to purchases made in your country or region. We reserve the right to decline a claim which we determine was caused by misuse or unauthorized modification.
